收到文章后组委会快速安排预审以及同行评审，一般在1个月内通知审稿结果至作者邮箱。
除特殊情况外，每篇录用文章需由至少一位作者在会上进行展示（口头报告或海报展示）。
此次会议将联合 The Optical Society 出版社《Biomedical Optics Express》期刊，同期出版 Special Issue，经组委会评审后的优秀摘要经录用，并提供全文后，推荐在《Biomedical Optics Express》期刊发表。
报告展示要求：
报告时长：
大会报告30分钟，主题报告、邀请报告、口头报告15分钟，均包含答疑。
海报展示：
请作者自行打印海报，在报到时交给注册台会务人员。海报展示期间，展示者需站在海报旁，与学者解释答疑，就相关研究进行深入讨论交流。
推荐海报尺寸：85cm（宽）*120cm（高）。
所有报告人应在预定演讲前至少15分钟到达相应的会议室，并将ppt拷贝到组委会的电脑。
Abstract Submission (Deadline: June 5, 2026)
Please prepare an English abstract of about 250 words and click to download the abstract template.
Please register and log in to the submission system to submit your abstract.If you are unable to submit successfully through the system, please contact the organizing committee via email at ifoctinformation@163.com.
Once the abstract is accepted, the organizing committee will notify the participant by email and send the invitation letter and conference notice.
Abstract submissions approved by the organizing committee can be presented and exchanged at the conference but will not be published in the IFOCT 2026 conference proceedings.
Full Paper Submission (Deadline: June 12, 2026)
Please prepare original articles in English, strictly format them and submit, then click to download the full-text template in Word/LaTeX version.
Please register and log in to the submission system to submit the full text.If submission through the system is unsuccessful, please contact the organizing committee via email at ifoctinformation@163.com.
After receiving the article, the organizing committee will quickly arrange a preliminary review and peer review, and generally notify the author of the review results within one month.
Except in special circumstances, each accepted article must be presented at the conference by at least one author (oral report or poster presentation).
Accepted and registered articles will be published in the IFOCT2026 conference proceedings, which will be published by partner journals and submitted to Ei Compendex, Scopus, etc.
Presentation Requirements
1.Report Duration:
Conference report 30 minutes, Keynote report, invited report, oral report 15 minutes, all including Q&A.
All speakers should arrive at the designated meeting room at least 15 minutes before their scheduled presentation and copy their PPT to the committee's computer.
2.Poster Presentation:
Authors should print their posters themselves and submit them to the registration desk staff upon check-in. During the poster session, presenters should stand by their posters to explain and answer questions from scholars, engaging in in-depth discussion and exchange regarding the related research.
Recommended poster size: 80cm (width) * 120cm (height).
