会议注册 Registration
1、缴费标准：
2026年5月20日前（含）：专家代表2000元/人，学生代表1000元/人。
2026年5月21日（起）：专家代表2500元/人，学生代表1500元/人。
2、缴费方式（尚未开始，请静待更新）：
① 线上缴费：请扫码缴费（缴费标准及缴费码附于下面），2026年5月20日之前可通过银行卡转账的方式提前线上缴费并享受早鸟价，同时将缴费回执上传至在线注册页面。
会议缴费码（仅用于本次会议注册缴费）
② 现场缴费：2026年6月25日在厦门禹洲温德姆至尊豪廷大酒店现场扫码缴费。
③ 银行卡转账：会议注册费收款账户信息如下，请将注册费汇款至以下账户。

3、退费原则：
凡已缴费的参会代表因故不能参会，需于2026年6月20日之前以电子邮件的形式向大会提出申请，注册费全额退款；2026年6月20日（含）之后申请，将不再退款。退费申请需包含信息：（1）缴费信息，包含：缴费人/缴费单位、缴费时间、缴费金额、缴费凭证（2）退费路径：收款人/收款单位、收款账户号及开户行信息等（3）退费原因（4）如果是个人缴费，则退费申请上有个人签字，并附身份证复印件；如果是单位缴费，则退费申请需缴费单位盖章。退费申请请发送至会务财务负责人x老师（邮箱：暂定）。
4、重要说明：
若文章需要正式出版，每篇录用文章必须由至少一位作者公开展示。
由于不可抗力导致的会议不能如期召开，组委会不承担相应的责任，损失或赔偿。
由于个人原因撤稿的文章，扣除处理费800元后，原路退还费用。由于学术不端等问题导致的拒稿，费用无法退还。会议结束后统一退款。
1. Payment standard:

2. Payment method:
(1) Online payment: Please scan the QR code to pay (the payment standard and payment code are attached below), and before June 15, 2026, you can pay online in advance by bank card transfer and enjoy the early bird price, and upload the payment receipt to the online registration page.

(2) On-site payment: On June 25, 2026, scan the QR code to pay at the International Academic Exchange Center (Science and Art Center) of Siming Campus of Xiamen University.

When remitting, please note: IFOCT2026 registration fee name so that the conference team can check your incoming information.
3. Refund principle:
If the delegates who have paid the fee cannot attend the conference for any reason, they must apply to the conference by email before June 20, 2026, and the registration fee will be refunded in full. No refunds will be given for applications made after June 20, 2026 (inclusive). The refund application needs to contain information: (1) payment information, including: payer/paying unit, payment time, payment amount, payment voucher, (2) refund path: payee/payee, collection account number and account opening bank information, etc. (3) reason for refund (4) If it is an individual payment, the refund application will have a personal signature and a copy of the ID card; If it is paid by the unit, the refund application needs to be stamped by the paying unit. Please send the refund application to Mr. X, the person in charge of conference finance (email: tentative).
4. Important instructions:
If an article needs to be officially published, each accepted article must be publicly presented by at least one author.
If the meeting cannot be held as scheduled due to force majeure, the organizing committee will not bear the corresponding responsibility, loss or compensation.
For articles that are withdrawn due to personal reasons, the fee will be refunded in the original way after deducting the processing fee of 800 yuan. Rejection due to academic misconduct and other issues cannot be refunded. A flat refund after the meeting.
